Up and coming Festival Workshops
Tropical Pressure (10–12 July), Bec will be introducing forró for the first time into the festival programme.
We teach at music festivals, introducing close embrace partner dance to wider audiences.
Festival sessions are open, playful, and suitable for complete beginners.
At the heart of the work is close embrace partner dance — a shared way of moving that can be danced across many kinds of music.
We explore listening, balance, and connection across rhythms including tango, forró, reggae, folk, and other 4/4 styles.
